The President was Studebakers top of the line offering and this is a very nice example which was produced in California and spent most of its years there. Powered by a 110 horsepower straight eight engine and equipped with a 3 speed manual floor shift transmission. The previous owner loved to drive this Studebaker and equipped it with turn signals, cooling fan, battery cut-off, dual mirrors, driving lights and an electric fuel pump for easy starts - the original mechanical pump takes over once started. The beautiful art deco design is by Raymond Loewy. This unique Stubebaker is a pleasure to drive and will make a fine addition to any collection!
