1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 2 door1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 2 door

Ron Rathburn restoration

1939 Chevrolet's saw a slight redesign including a longer hood which gave the car a lower longer look. All were powered by a 216 cubic inch inline six cylinder engine with overhead valves which produced 85 horsepower. The Master Deluxe had a lower rear gear ratio (4.22:1) then the standard model (3.23:1) and it was said to be the fastest accelerating American car in 1939. This Master Deluxe was restored in 1996 by the late Ron Rathburn who also restored President Woodrow Wilson's award winning 1919 Pierce Arrow which is on display at the Wilson museum in Staunton VA.

This Chevrolet is equipped with optional vacuum shift three speed manual transmission, standard hydraulic brakes, rear view mirror, side view mirror, cigar lighter, heater, pinstriped steel wheels and clock. The spare with jack is stored in the trunk and turn signals have been added for safety. The black exterior is in pristine condition with beautiful paint, clear glass and excellent chrome & trim. The interior is upholstered in correct mohair. The dash, instruments, trim and steering wheel are excellent as well. Engine bay and trunk are nicely detailed. Overall this is an outstanding '39 Chevrolet. Show quality and drives excellent!

This is a beautiful example with excellent paint, body and chrome. Clear clean glass and excellent trim. The interior is upholstered in correct light brown cloth and features a beautiful dash with clean clear gauges and a mint steering wheel. Both the engine and trunk are nicely detailed as well. 1952 Cadillac Limousine1952 Cadillac Limousine

1 of 1,400 Built

California car

Cadillac celebrated their 50th year in 1952 and to mark the occasion the "V" shaped emblems on the hood and deck lid were cast in gold - a feature that would continue in following years. All models were powered by a 331 cubic inch V8 engine with a 4 barrel Carter carburetor and dual exhaust - this made it the most powerful American built car in 1952. Only 2,200 Fleetwood "75" models were built, this includes 1,400 sedans (non divider window) and 800 Imperial sedans (divider window) - very few remain.

This is an exceptional example that comes from California and shows just 94,000 miles on the odometer which is believed to be original but the title states exempt because of age. This rare limousine runs and drives excellent and it's equipped with most options including power steering, automatic transmission, power windows, autronic eye, signal seeking AM radio, outside mirror, E-Z-Eye glass, full wheel covers, whitewall tires and windshield washer. The body is arrow straight with very nice black paint and the interior is upholstered in light gray fabric.
